1. All accidents must be reported to the track before leaving the racing grounds.
2. All forms should be filled out AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. EMT forms must be filled out the same day as the accident.
3. The injured parties insurance will cover first, then the track's insurance will take over.
4. Send medical bills in as soon as possible.
5. Races cannot be conducted without an ambulance or qualified emergency Medical Technician (EMT) on the grounds.
**In The Event of an Accident on the Track**
NO ONE (parent or crew) is to touch any driver until the EMT and track officials have attended to the injured driver.
